Start each session with a quick search in the knowledgebase to surface answers you can reference while you play.

If you need personal assistance, our support channels surface right in the footer and inside the admin console. Sharing the page you were on and the combo or report you had loaded speeds up resolutions.

Usage tips

  • Use the knowledgebase search bar to jump straight to report-specific playbooks or glossary callouts.
  • When contacting support, include the jurisdiction, time of draw, and any filters you applied so we can reproduce the view instantly.
  • Bookmark high-value articles by your favorite combos or strategies to build a personal quick reference.
